If your organization originally created Sembly accounts using Microsoft SSO or Google SSO and your company domain has since changed/been reassigned, your Sembly accounts will become unavailable to log in via Microsoft or Google SSO after the domain change.
To retain the existing data, we suggest doing the following:
Manually enable the email + password login flow if it is currently disabled (an admin chose SSO login only in Workspace Settings).
Manually update all user emails to the new domain addresses. Each workspace member needs to do it on their own in Profile Settings.
Ask users to use the βForgot your Password?β option to reset their password and log in with their email and password.
Each workspace member can now reconnect their Outlook or Google calendars. After this step, their new SSO credentials can be used for authorization.
