When you choose a paid plan, billing starts right away. By subscribing, you agree to purchase a license for your chosen billing period (monthly or annual).
If you no longer want to continue with your paid subscription, you can cancel it anytime in the Billing section before your next charge date. After canceling, you'll still have full access to your plan's benefits until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose access early.
Because charges cover the billing period you've already agreed to and are actively using, we can't issue refunds for missed cancellations. We recommend setting a reminder before your renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.
We do not refund the license fee after it has been purchased.
