If you need to switch from the US to the EU region, here’s what you can do:
Download your recordings manually from your US-region account.
Create a new account in the EU region using a different email address.
Upload your recordings to the new EU account.
Cancel your US-region subscription and subscribe to a paid plan in the EU-region account (if needed).
If you want to use the same email address for your new EU-region account, you'll need to delete your US-region account first. Sembly does not allow the same email to be registered in different regions simultaneously.
It also works vice versa: if you created your account in the EU but want to move to the US region.
