During the meeting, an organizer might find himself overwhelmed by a large number of attendees. Some may invite other people to the call, while others might use a recording assistant linked to their calendar. This is exactly what the future of business meetings predicts. Meetings often contain private discussions and preferably need to be secured.
Sembly informs that it's on the meeting and recording in various ways: the assistant already appears signed with its "Sembly" name and sends a message in the chat during the call. Though one can't always be sure, that's why we designed a verification flow. Follow the instructions in this article and keep your meeting secure.
You may need a security code if none of the options mentioned above ensure that the assistant present at your meeting is Sembly.
To start a security code, open the meeting list and select the meeting you are in.
Click Verify.
A pop-up will show a security code. Click the button to have Sembly announce the same code shown in the popup. Sembly will announce the code in the meeting chat.
