# Set up Custom Workspace Automations (Webhook-based)

Connect your workspace to various tools using webhook-based platforms like Zapier or similar.

The Automations menu on the sidebar menu allows you to set up an automatic export for all workspace members (do not confuse it with [My Automations](https://help.sembly.ai/en/articles/183-set-up-custom-personal-automations.md)).

The option to disable the automation and send each meeting individually isn't available in the workspace automations.

Only Workspace Admins can set up custom automations for the workspace.

> **Info:** If you want to export the Meeting Notes from all meetings in the workspace to your email, you need to manually write your email in the "To" field (additionally to the "Participants" hook) while customizing an automation, as shown [here](https://help.sembly.ai/en/articles/186-example-of-zapier-setup-for-meeting-notes.md).

This article shows how to set up custom automations for your workspace. The guide for Zapier can be found in these articles: [Transcripts](https://help.sembly.ai/en/articles/185-example-of-zapier-setup-for-transcripts.md), [Meeting Notes](https://help.sembly.ai/en/articles/186-example-of-zapier-setup-for-meeting-notes.md), and [Tasks.](https://help.sembly.ai/en/articles/187-example-of-zapier-setup-for-tasks.md)

Different applications do not require different connection steps, so we will show you how to connect yours using Zapier as an example. As you start connecting and setting up automations, follow the steps described in this article.

## Add new Automation

To connect, prepare an endpoint URL that you created in Zapier.

1. Select **Automations** in the menu on the left. Select the **_Custom_** tab and hit **_Add_**.

2. Click **_+New Automation_** and choose what you want to export: _Notes, Transcript,_ or _Tasks._

3. In a new window, start with step 2. Apply filters:

    -   _Apply to all meetings_ \- will export all meetings in the workspace;

    -   _Apply_ _to meetings with keywords in the title_ - paste the keyword and click Enter;

    -   _Apply to meetings with a specific type_ - the [templates of the Meeting Notes](https://help.sembly.ai/en/articles/81-sembly-meeting-notes.md) that AI recognizes automatically;

    -   _Apply to meetings with a specific Sembly user_ \- usually the meeting organizer, or if the organizer doesn't have an account, the owner will be selected randomly;

    - _Apply to meetings of a specific Team_ - click [here](https://help.sembly.ai/en/articles/126-create-teams-in-sembly.md) to learn about Teams.

4. In the Destination field, paste the webhook endpoint URL to which the data payload will be sent. For Zapier webhooks, you can find an example in this [article](https://help.sembly.ai/en/articles/187-example-of-zapier-setup-for-tasks.md).

5.  Click **_Complete_**.
