# Set up Custom Personal Automations



You can connect Sembly to tools that are not on the list of our [native automations](https://webapp.sembly.ai/my-automations/native), using automation tools like Zapier or similar to send Transcriptions, Meeting Notes, and Tasks. 

Custom Automations for personal use allows you to export your meeting data automatically. They will also appear inside completed meetings under the "Zap" button, allowing you to extract data from past meetings.

This article shows how to adjust settings in Sembly. ## Add new automation

To connect, prepare an endpoint URL that you created in Zapier.

1.  In the menu on the left, select **My Automations.**
    
2.  Select the tab **_Custom_** and hit **_Add_**. You can connect 10 tools to your workspace.

3.  Then choose what exactly you want to export: _Notes, Transcription,_ or _Tasks._

4.  In a new window, start with step 2. Apply filters:
    
    -   _Apply to all meetings that I have access to_ - will export all meetings that you record;
        
    -   _Apply_ _to meetings with keywords in the title_ - paste the keyword and click Enter;
        
    -   _Apply to meetings with a specific type_ - the [templates of the Meeting Notes](https://help.sembly.ai/en/articles/81-sembly-meeting-notes.md) that AI recognizes automatically.
        
5.  In the Destination field, paste the URL that you generated in the automation software. You will find an example in this [article](https://help.sembly.ai/en/articles/187-example-of-zapier-setup-for-tasks.md). Click **_Complete_.**

## Manage Automations

You can change settings and use the “active” toggle to disable automations.

1.  Click the three dots and select Edit in the dropdown opposite the automation you want to change.
    
2.  After filling in the fields, click **_Complete._**
    
3.  If you wish to disable the automation temporarily, switch off the toggle.

## Remove Automations

Click the **_three dots_** opposite the automation you want to change and select **_Delete_** to remove the automation.
