# Review and export Audit Logs



> **Success:** PLAN: MAX | ENTERPRISE

This feature helps you track user activity, system changes, and security events. It is really useful for larger teams, as Admins can control what happens in the Workspace.

> **Info:** Only **Workspace Admins** can access and see **Audit Logs.** Other members don't have access to this page.

1.  Press the **_Gear_** **_icon_** near your Profile name in the bottom left corner, then click on **_Settings_** [US](https://webapp.sembly.ai/settings/profile)  or [EU](https://webapp-eu.sembly.ai/settings/profile)

2.  In the **Workspace** tab, click on the **Audit log** tab

3.  You can filter logs to speed up your search or find something in particular. Click on the **_+Filter_** button and choose how you want to filter:

    \- by **_Date_**: Any Date, Today, Past 7 Days, This Month, This Year

    \- by **_Activity group_**: Authentication events, Export events, Edit Events

    \- by **_User_**: any users that are present in your Workspace

    \- by **_Meeting_**: any Meeting that is present in your Workspace

4.  If any changes were made in the particular meeting, you can open it by clicking the **_File_** icon -> **Meeting Title**. Please note that you will be able to see meeting data only if you have permission to edit or view a meeting.

5.  You can export the **Audit Logs** by pressing the **_Export current view_** button in the top right corner. It will export the logs currently shown on the page. The exported file is in **.csv format**
